Both a colourful puzzle and a hugely versatile building block set, the Standard Building Blocks from Grimm's Spiel Und Holz will become a much-loved family favourite. Semi circles, triangles, arches, rectangles, and cubes - the Standard set has them all in vibrant primary and secondary colours.

This 46 piece wooden block set lets children build walls, fences, stalls, houses, towers, and castles and while doing so explore their imaginations and develop their spatial thinking and fine motor skills.

Being hand-finished from natural materials, each of Grimm's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping and colour finishes. Coloured pieces are stained, not painted. Woodgrain, knots, markings, oxidation spots, and small cracks will often show to varying degrees. Arcs may not sit perfectly flat against each other. This is considered standard for Grimm's products, and not a fault.

Please note Grimm's is not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel. Because of this, some minor paint transfer may occur during play. This is considered normal.
