SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Milk Tooth offers a flat shipping rate of $9.95 within Australia, and we ship for free within Australia for orders $120 and over. To be eligible for free shipping, you must spend $120 or more in a single order. This offer does not include Express Post or international post. Our free shipping offer applies once per order only; orders cannot be split into multiples of $120 and sent separately.

For items weighing less than 3kg, you may choose Express Post at various flat rates that have been set based on order weight. However, as Express Post fees vary considerably according to the cubic size of packages, we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an additional Express Post fee for orders that will incur an additional cost due to their size. You will then be provided the opportunity to pay the additional Express Post fee, choose standard postage instead (with your shipping cost fully or partially refunded according to the circumstances), or cancel your order for a full refund. Express Post is not available for items weighing more than 3kg or for particularly large items.

We reserve the right to charge additional shipping beyond what is stated on this website and charged at checkout should your order be particularly large, bulky or heavy, and/or if you live in a rural, remote, or other location not routinely and/or directly serviced by our regular couriers. If this applies we will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with the additional costing options. You will then be provided the option to either (a) pay any additional shipping charges; or (b) cancel your order for a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping charges already paid, less any non-refundable transaction costs we have incurred.

Bulky orders often necessitate shipment via courier in order to secure the most competitive shipping rates. Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If we deem that your order requires shipment via courier and you have provided us with a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, we will contact you for an alternate address. We will unfortunately be unable to ship to your PO Box or Parcel Box address.

We will send you a shipping notification with tracking details when your order is fulfilled. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive your delivery. If you miss your delivery and/or fail to collect it from the post office or courier depot as per Australia Post's or the courier's terms of service, your order might be returned to Milk Tooth as an unclaimed parcel. You will then be responsible for any further costs incurred by Milk Tooth for either the return shipping of your order to Milk Tooth and/or the reshipment of your order to you. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been returned to us as an unclaimed parcel, you will still be responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and Milk Tooth's change of mind restocking fee, all of which will be deducted from your refund. 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based upon the weight of the order. Please contact Milk Tooth if your country is not listed at checkout and we will happily generate a quote specifically for your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the U.S., Canada, or other North American countries at this point in time.

    All international orders will be sent by airmail, usually with only limited or no tracking and an estimated delivery timeframe of two to three weeks. International deliveries will be sent without insurance. Milk Tooth cannot be held responsible if your order goes missing. You are welcome to contact Milk Tooth if you wish to pay extra for airmail, tracking and/or insurance, and we will investigate the options for you and provide you with a quote.

    Please contact Milk Tooth prior to purchasing items that weigh more than 2kg or that are particularly large or bulky if you are based outside of Australia.

    International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.

    SHIPPING TIMES

    Milk Tooth makes every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Except for orders containing a pre-ordered item and special orders where longer time periods have been stated, we aim to dispatch orders from NSW within one business day of payment confirmation whenever possible, but please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed and packed, or five business days if you purchase while we are running a sale or promotion. Milk Tooth observes NSW and national public holidays and does not dispatch orders on these dates or on Saturdays or Sundays.

    Please allow between two to seven business days from the date of dispatch for delivery within Australia, and in some cases up to 10 to 15 business days (for example, Perth and rural or remote locations). Please note deliveries are not usually made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note Milk Tooth cannot be held responsible for late or delayed deliveries or loss or damage relating to late or delayed deliveries.

    Please allow a minimum of two to four weeks for international orders, and longer over holiday periods.

    An Express Post option can be selected at checkout for domestic orders weighing less than 3kg (excluding particularly large items). We endeavour to dispatch Express Post orders on the same business day or the business day following their placement. Australia Post's Express Post service aims for next day delivery after dispatch has occurred, however, this only applies to destinations within the Express Post network and is out of Milk Tooth's control, so we are unable to guarantee this turnaround time to our customers, particularly those customers based in rural or remote locations.

    We ship pre-orders out as soon as possible after receiving the stock ourselves; however, on rare occasions we may receive our stock later than we had estimated in the product listing. Such a situation is out of our control and we are unable to cancel or refund orders for change of mind in such a situation.

    Orders containing a pre-ordered item or items are sent as one single shipment. We do not send items as they become available to us unless additional shipping fees are paid.

    SHIPPING OF RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Please refer to Milk Tooth's Exchange & Refund Policy for details on shipping charges and arrangements in the case of a refund or exchange.

    LOST-IN-TRANSIT ITEMS

    Items are not deemed lost-in-transit until at least three weeks have passed since their date of lodgement (for items addressed to locations within Australia). Lost-in-transit items cannot be replaced or otherwise addressed until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those items.

    All international orders will be sent without insurance or tracking, unless otherwise arranged directly with Milk Tooth and paid for. Milk Tooth cannot be held responsible if an international order goes missing.

    ACCURACY OF SHIPPING INFORMATION

    As the customer, you are responsible for providing Milk Tooth with a complete and correct shipping address for your order. If your parcel is returned to Milk Tooth by one of our service providers due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will provide you with the options of a) providing us with a correct and complete shipping address and paying any additional postage costs incurred in attempting to resend the package to you; or b) cancelling your order for a full refund minus the actual costs of postage already incurred by Milk Tooth.

    AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

    An Authority to Leave is an authorisation for our courier or delivery agent to leave a parcel at your shipping address without first obtaining your signature. If you ask us to add your Authority to Leave to a parcel, or if you communicate with our courier or delivery agent and provide them with your Authority to Leave (via phone, online form, email, or by completing a courier's calling card for redelivery), you are assuming responsibility for the risk of the parcel being lost or stolen when it is left. Unfortunately, Milk Tooth will be unable to replace or refund lost or stolen orders under any of these scenarios.
