Our sweet wooden swan sits at 6.5cm tall and her natural timber body feels beautiful in the hand.

All Ostheimer Wooden Animal Toys are traced by hand in Germany onto natural, native hardwood (maple and elm), before being cut and sanded and then finished off by hand with up to six coats of non-toxic, water-soluble, transparent colour that is designed to show the beautiful woodgrain beneath.

The soft edges of each toy are a hallmark of Ostheimer and what makes them just so lovely to play with. All Ostheimer toys meet the European and international safety standards and the European NORM EN 71 for toys.
