Dinky Dinkum Doll Winnie Witch is the teal-haired witch of the Boo Bunch and Lottie Lollipop’s very best friend. While Lottie loves collecting lollies, Winnie loves giving it out, although she has been known to keep a few treats somewhere “safe.” Winnie’s striped stockings and embroidered hat details glow in the dark. Her hat is lightly secured for presentation and can be released by carefully snipping the holding threads.
