This lovely family of five wooden farmer people from Mikheev includes a mother in yellow and orangey-red clothes with dark brown hair, a father in green and blue with mid-brown hair, a son in blue and green with orange hair, a daughter in orange with green shoes and mid-brown hair, and a little baby all wrapped up in a swaddle. The colour on the swaddle varies between blue and red.

Mikheev wooden toys are handmade in Russia from natural birch, oak, and ash wood. They're created with flat bases, making them easy to stand up during small world play. Mikeev toys are finished with a non-toxic acrylic lacquer. The finish is mostly matte with a slight sheen.

As each Mikheev wooden toy is created and finished by hand, they vary slightly in terms of shape, colouring, and the amount of woodgrain or knots showing through the colouring. Each piece is perfectly unique.
