New in 2022, Grimm's Stairway Building Set is a versatile and useful set of beautiful oiled alder wood blocks. It contains 19 natural blocks in plus or x shapes, squared corner shapes, stairs, T shapes, U shapes, and more. Wonderful for building houses, stairs, cities, mazes, and more by itself, the Stairway blocks are also the perfect complement to an existing set of coloured blocks, such as the Large Stepped Pyramid, Romanesque, or 1001 Nights.

Some of our photos show the Grimm's Stairway set being used in combination with other Grimm's pieces. Please note these are not included in the Stairway set.

Being hand-finished, each of Grimm's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through the dyes, and paint finishes. Please note they are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel. Because of this, some minor paint transfer may occur during play. This is considered normal.
