The hand-painted detail on the Bumbu Toys Medium Birch Tree is incredible. An absolutely beautiful addition to any small world play scene, this wooden toy is based on the highly decorative Masur (or Karelian) birch, which features a rippled texture and dark streaks. Bumbu has recreated this natural beauty in the Medium Birch Tree, with its silvery trunk and golden green foliage. It stands at 33cm tall.

Being hand-finished, each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes. Bumbu glues together smaller pieces of wood to form larger pieces that are then cut to shape. This technique leaves less timber wastage and may be evidenced by small join lines across the pieces. Please note Bumbu Toys are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel.
