The wonderfully large Bumbu Toys Baobab Tree Thick has a beautiful extra-thick brown trunk topped by arching foliage in light green and medium green. One of the largest of the Bumbu trees, the Thick Baobab is a lovely addition to any small world play scene, especially paired with a set of lions to create an African savanna.

Being hand-finished, each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes. Bumbu glues together smaller pieces of wood to form larger pieces that are then cut to shape. This technique leaves less timber wastage and may be evidenced by small join lines across the pieces. Please note Bumbu Toys are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel.
