One of five new Australian animals specially created for Milk Tooth in 2021, Forest Melody's Spotted-Tail Quoll wooden toy is a gorgeous little thing. Painted primarily in a reddish brown, our sweet Quoll features a smattering of white spots all over its body and tail. It has an inquisitive face and a long tail. Each Forest Melody wooden animal is handmade from gorgeous, textural alder wood.
The Spotted-Tail Quoll or "Tiger Quoll" is mainland Australia's largest carnivorous marsupial and is found along both sides of the Great Dividing Range, from Victoria to Queensland. A mobile creature with a large territory, Spotted-Tail Quolls are primarily solitary animals. This Quoll is listed as a vulnerable species in NSW.
Being handcrafted, each of Forest Melody's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes, which themselves might vary slightly in colour or application.
Please do not submerge in water. Spotclean with a damp cloth. Not suitable for children under the age of 3yo. Please carefully inspect your toy before use. Small parts may break off and pose a choking hazard. Not to be used as a teether.
