Please note that, being handmade from natural fibres, each rug is unique and may naturally show minor irregularities, including the ends of the thread used to stitch the felt balls together. These are not faults but rather evidence of their careful production. You will find that, while each rug can be used on either side, there is generally an "up" side and a "down" side, with more thread ends showing on the "down" side.
