Ostheimer's Duck Long Neck is just so perfectly duckish, we love him. Neck stretched right out to take a gander at something interesting, he sports beautiful plumage in deep brown and light brown with a splash of royal blue. Our curious duck's beak and feet are a gorgeous golden orange.

All Ostheimer Animal Toys are traced by hand in Germany onto natural, native hardwood (maple, elm, or ash), before being cut and sanded and then finished off by hand with up to six coats of non-toxic, water-soluble, transparent colour that is designed to show the beautiful woodgrain beneath. The soft edges of each toy are a hallmark of Ostheimer and what makes them just so lovely to play with. All Ostheimer toys meet the European and international safety standards and the European NORM EN 71 for toys.

As each Ostheimer toy is created and finished by hand, they vary slightly in terms of shape, colouring, and the amount of woodgrain or knots showing through the colouring. Each piece is perfectly unique. Please note that are not varnished.
