Oh, the wondrous Ancient Oak! You might find a little collection of forest folk hanging around its beautiful green base, or perhaps some fairies? Our beautiful wooden Bumbu Oak Tree also attracts the sweetest forest creatures - small deer, foxes, owls, and hedgehogs shelter in and around its magnificent branches. The little door can be taken in and out of the tree and the foliage taken on and off the boughs.

Being hand-finished, each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes.  Bumbu glues together smaller pieces of wood to form larger pieces that are then cut to shape. This technique leaves less timber wastage and may be evidenced by small join lines across the pieces. Please note Bumbu Toys are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel.
