Oh, the fun your child will have fitting the stepped edges together, adding them to the top of their block constructions to create an Amsterdam-style roof line, joining them to the sides of their castle builds as staircases, and building ball and marble runs.

Each stepped block has a sparkly "jewel" set into one side. Their brilliant colours and the way they reflect light inspire children's imaginations.

This is a half set of Papoose Dutch Step Gable Blocks, in warm colours. The cool half set is also available for separate purchase, as is a tray to neatly store them all.

Being hand-finished, each of Papoose's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes. Occasionally they may arrive with very minor dents and/or scratches from packing and transport; this is considered normal. The faux gemstones may have minor inclusions, just like real jewels. Please note the blocks are not varnished, oiled, or lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel.
