The Bumbu Toys Water Fairy features the incredible carving and handpainting that Bumbu is well known for. Our beautiful Fairy is resplendent in calming shades of light blue and royal blue, with navy blue hair, large wings, and stunning detail on her face and clothing. Her wings can be taken on and off with ease, and her hands have a hole that can be used to add a flower, sold separately.

Being hand-finished, each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, rough spots, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes. Bumbu glues together smaller pieces of wood to form larger pieces that are then cut to shape. This technique leaves less timber wastage and may be evidenced by small join lines across the pieces. Please note Bumbu Toys are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel.
