Lynley Dodd is well-known for both the furry creatures she brings to life in her books and the incredible rhymes she comes up with to describe their adventures. Slinky Malinki is one of our favourite characters. A cheeky black cat, Slinky just loves to get up to mischief.

Slinky Malinki's Christmas Crackers centres around a family's beautifully and freshly decorated Christmas tree, and in particular the special fairy they place at the top. Everyone who's owned a cat and celebrates Christmas knows what comes next! In comes Slinky to play in amongst the branches and mess up the decorations. And what's become of the fairy at the top of the tree?

This is a boardbook, with nice thick cardboard pages that will withstand even the smallest (and grubbiest!) hands. A very sweet Christmas picture book, especially for cat-lovers.
